Tiwaar operates as a Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) provider. Each Client Organization:

• • Owns its user data
• • Controls its content and communications

Tiwaar acts as a data processor and infrastructure provider on behalf of Client Organizations.

Depending on the application and its functionality, the following types of information may be processed:

Tiwaar-developed applications are intended for general audiences. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If a Client Organization operates an app directed at minors, additional safeguards and disclosures will be implemented.

All payments and donations are processed through secure, PCI-compliant third-party payment processors such as Stripe.

• • Tiwaar does not store full credit card numbers or CVV information on its servers.
• • Payment processors operate under their own privacy policies.

To improve performance and stability, applications may use third-party analytics and crash reporting tools such as Firebase Analytics, Google Play Services, and Apple iOS system diagnostics.

• • These services may collect anonymized or aggregated usage data to improve app functionality and reliability.
• • We do not sell personal data.

Applications are hosted in secure cloud environments. Each Client Organization's application operates in an isolated environment.

• • Data is not shared across different Client Organizations.
• • Infrastructure providers may include reputable cloud hosting providers that comply with industry-standard security practices.

Each Client Organization retains ownership of its user data. Tiwaar accesses data solely for:

• • Maintenance
• • Platform updates
• • Security monitoring
• • Backup and recovery operations

Tiwaar does not use client data for independent marketing or resale.

Information may be shared only under the following circumstances:

• • With authorized Client Organization administrators
• • With payment processors for transaction processing
• • With hosting providers for infrastructure services
• • When required by law or regulatory obligation

Data is retained for as long as the Client Organization maintains an active subscription and as required for operational, legal, or compliance purposes. Users may contact the relevant Client Organization to request deletion of their data.

Depending on jurisdiction, users may have rights including:

• • Correction of inaccurate data
• • Deletion of personal data
• • Restriction of processing

Requests should be directed to the specific Client Organization first. Organizations may coordinate with Tiwaar for technical execution.

Tiwaar implements industry-standard technical and administrative safeguards to protect information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

Applications developed by Tiwaar are intended to comply with:

• • Google Play User Data policies
• • Apple App Store Privacy Guidelines
• • Applicable payment processing regulations

Where required, App Store privacy disclosures (including Apple's App Privacy Labels) will reflect the specific data practices of each Client Organization.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in legal requirements, platform capabilities, or operational practices. Updates will be published on this page with a revised effective date.
